Apology…
There is a lot of stuff I have to write about it. Matter of fact, I have so many drafts noted here on the blog, not to mention notes on three different envelops (one in each vehicle and one in general), not to even mention my little notebook of cards that is beaming with notes for a blog. Many of those in fact have started to lose the impact of the post based on the lack of timely posting it. Bottom line is though that between work and things going on otherwise and my inability to be focused on the blogs of late I have not gotten much posting done.
For that I do offer up a big humble apology to those readers that have that stuck it out through the anemic flow of new material of late. Not to mention a lot of what has been written has been the cherry picking of the easy low hanging fruit so to speak that required minimum effort on my part and was probably the least appealing kinds of things read.
I know it is easy to blame the work load and such for the lack of posting. Add to that, the situations I have going on in life in general and especially given that is spring and I am doing a bit of travelling with events on the weekends and it would be very easy to blame those things. It would be easy to say given that I sit in front of a computer screen almost all day and just want to get away from it.
Fact is though, I regularly get on the computer at home, especially late of evening. More likely to say I rarely do not have a computer around me. Reality, I have often had time to make a post here and there and just not had the motivation and especially the discipline to make it happen.
It would be easy to say I am going to have to do better. It would be better if I made promises and swore to do so many posts a week and even that would be easy to say. Back to reality though, I am just going to have to make an effort to do better, but no promises at this point going forward other than to try.
In the short-term as a first effort I am going back to a regularly scheduled block of time to make an effort to write. Actually I am going to do both a time in the morning for about an hour and another block of similar time late in the evening. Bonus: Right now I am writing in the early the early evening. Someone call me out of I do not post again this eve before retiring and again the morning before work.
