Good Lord, don't feel that way!! Everyone complains and everyone has good reason to do so. But let me tell ya, no one can milk the sympathy like a cancer patient...

And I intend to milk that cow dry:0

It occurred to me while bald from chemo, that if companies would just train their employees to act as if everyone who walked in the door had cancer, they'd never have a customer complaint. Other than one incredibly rude TSA agent (who almost had his ass kicked by another TSA agent as a result), I had nothing but overwhelming kindness and incredible customer service the entire time I was undergoing chemo treatments. It's as if everyone is walking around, living their lives in a fog, and it takes the shock of a completely bald woman to bring them out of it (lucky me!). It was actually (other than, ya know, the actual chemo) kinda nice:-)
