Other than one incredibly rude TSA agent (who almost had his ass kicked by another TSA agent as a result), I had nothing but overwhelming kindness and incredible customer service the entire time I was undergoing chemo treatments. It's as if everyone is walking around, living their lives in a fog, and it takes the shock of a completely bald woman to bring them out of it (lucky me!).
