Best Blog Contest
Not my usual kind of thing, but I feel good about the promotion that can occur on this two-way street with this, so here goes. An acquaintance over on the other side of the world has a blog named the The Colors Magazine. The blog itself covers the gambit of interesting ideas and impresses me greatly as it is in English, but a that is a second language. Anyway, Lena, the blogger, is running a little monthly contest for the best blog entry of the month.
So… I am decided to give it whirl and see what comes of it. Unfortunately, the amount of blogging I have been doing of late has been way off. Not only the amount, but the WOW factor has been a little less than my personal standards like to believe I am capable of achieving. After some amount of deliberation and carefully reading the rules about three times (seen here), I have decided for the past month of July I will have to go with Dirt on my Tires post I made some during the month.
That being a less that best effort, but yet the best effort from the past month, I am not expecting a win in the contest. I have however fairly curious as to how things will work out in the contest and will be looking forward to the results with eager anticipation. Further, I am considering the possibility of doing something similar on here. Though, when I think about it, I really do not seem to have the number of bloggers reading my blog to make it work at this point. Anyway, here is to it and wish me luck!
