Darwin’s the Origin of Species was first published a 150 years ago today and while it met with controversy then I am not sure that the controversy today is not greater.
Blind Side is an awesome movie and I realize that now that is based on a true story, which makes it even more awesome. Hopefully this is going to bode well for the fall/winter movie release lineup.
I have found my true love on the internet. She seeks a marriage proposal and offers payment for such. Indeed she is quiet the catch, good-looking, passionate, artistic, driven, and of some means as well so it would seem. But alas, it seems I am to be spurned once again…
EULA. While it may be the sound you make right before and while you are throwing up, that is not what I was thinking. End User License Agreement is what I mean by EULA. Have you ever read one of those things of late? They are indeed a mouth full of legal jargon that basically most of the time sum up that you as the end-user can not really do anything with that software you just purchased. Of course I would have to start with just how many of you have even read one of them? I can tell you that I have read several, both as a consumer and back when I did software testing.
