I realized late last night (or was that early this morning?) that I was on the verge of completely loosing my mojo, motivation, muse, etc. After all it has been officially 2 days that I did not post here, but really 4 counting the weekend and that was supposed to be time spent working on other blogging projects, which did not happen either. I began to think about the awesome win the Wildcats had last night after a couple of off games, and obviously everyone has a problem with motivation at times.
So to explain, the UK Wildcats basketball team are currently ranked number 1, expected to win the NCAA tournament and maybe even run the table on the season with no losses. They were romping top 25 teams in the preseason for the most part, but the first two games in the conference (where they were not supposed to have competition) went into overtime with tie at the end of regulation. This was mostly because they were not play with the intensity and energy they had in previous games. Last night, they got their mojo back and had a statement win.
After some thought, I feel like I really need to do that in a big way with my blogging plans. I am curious though, just what do you other bloggers do to get that going for you? I know what I can do for one or two blog posts, but that doesn’t translate to a volume of work for a few blogs over time and the support things that are involved with the project. What do you do?
