We have an election concerning expanding alcohol sales here in Danville to include that of packaged sales. For those outside of the area, let me be clear – you can already get it by the drink in several establishments, as well as packaged in several nearby counties, including a less than thirty minute drive in at least three directions. And yes, you guessed it, I have an opinion.
Life is passing by at the speed of, well, life… So here is some long overdue observations and maybe (thought doubtful in the near future, given the hectic schedule I am keeping) a start to a run of actual blogs showing up again.
So this musical production back in the spring at Centre. Had finally decided way to much time had passed and to not write, but then I see it is coming to Lexington early next year.
A follow-up to my post yesterday, as now they bail out another big one and yet I am still left with a busted car and my stock investments are in the tank – and no one is offering to bail me out.
Danville’s poor management has apparently led to some penalties on taxes owed higher up the chain. This is a prime example bad government working for us.
