Theme Experimentation in Progress!

Over the last few weeks, I have been watching a show called Rivermen on the History Channel network. Not sure why, but it caught my interest one night and I decided to catch the next few episodes. Earlier this week, it concluded its run, I believe. But as I was watching the final episode I am left with having to call bullshit.

A little late on the mentioning, but it is was still running on at least two cable networks as of a week or so ago, “Comos: A Spacetime Odyssey” is some of the better television I have seen in years.  What exactly is it?  That is a big question that requires a bit of an depth answer – probably best of left to someone like Neil deGrasse Tyson… but I will make my humble attempt.

Insight – to McAfee?

I am left in a icky place after my dealings with Insight, over the last week but especially yesterday. But to really get the full picture I have to make up to Friday a week ago, on the 3rd of February…

Fall TV Line-Up

I recall just a couple of weeks ago I was so looking forward to the return of some real TV for a change. I know there are some decent things on some of the cable/satellite shows during the summer, but most of those that are good are generally far and few in between. Of course the big thing I was looking forward to is my normal three or four standbys, but there were more than a couple of new series that had my interest. That lasted for about the first commercial break on of them, though a couple of them pretty much lost me after about five minutes…

Perfection or Good Enough

Lately there have been some discussions at the office about the concept of good enough versus achieving perfection before releasing something for public consumption.
