Some historical irony in this weeks list of observations that I just find wonderfully fulfilling in a geeky kind of way. Also a good enough story that strikes home to some posts I have had here before about the idea and also the fact that you do not necessarily need an electronic can opening device built into your laptop. Hopefully, I have done a better job with my note taking as I have observed things this week, as I putting it together on the fly when most things are actually observed.
As much as you are tired of hearing it, I am indeed giving strong consideration to a smart phone again. I am not locked into a plan at current and could do it if I decide to, but so much to consider of course. And as soon as I make a choice the new model will be announced to replace it… SNORK! ZATS!
GPS devices are going to start filling the pressure here shortly if not already for the myriad of smart phones and such that have similar technology already built into them. I am predicting that this is Christmas will be the last big hooray for them before they start to fade away short of a major advancement in the technology – that is not available on cell phones.
A few thoughts about USB memory sticks as they relate to music and a next innovative wish for either USB or Bluetooth maybe.

Lots of things still do not always make sense from a pricing stand point, especially when speaking comparatively. Here are a few more examples and some of these make sense when you think about the reason behind it all, still seems kind of odd.
